3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To participate on the el333 platform, you must create a personal account. The information you provide at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

  • Each individual may open only one account.
  • Multiple accounts from a single device, IP address, or household are prohibited.
  • If you need to change any information provided at the time of registration, please contact the support team.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
Withdrawal Verification: KYC verification may be required for large withdrawals. The withdrawal process may be held until verification is complete.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, el333 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and funds until an investigation is completed. Accounts that raise a chargeback or payment dispute will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

  • A minimum first deposit of ৳100 is required to claim the bonus.
  • The bonus balance must meet a 10x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.
  • Only specific game categories may count towards completing the wagering requirement.
  • A specific time limit applies to claiming the bonus — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) in betting before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

  • A user may claim each promotion only once.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to any other account.
  • el333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Program

el333's VIP program has three tiers that offer special benefits for regular players:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active and participating on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to your account balance.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

The following rules must be followed when betting on the el333 platform:

  • A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • The outcome of all bets will depend on the official result of the relevant event.
  • el333 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings that were incorrectly paid out due to a technical error.
  • The minimum bet amount is set separately for each game or market.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Specific rules for cricket betting:

  • Only bets completed before the match starts will be considered valid.
  • If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, the bet will be void and the money will be refunded.

6.3 Live Betting

Live betting (in-play) allows you to place bets on ongoing events. Live odds change quickly, and only bets accepted by the el333 system will be considered final. el333 will not be responsible for any issues caused by network disruptions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the el333 platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

  • Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Registering using false or forged identity documents.
  • Coordinated betting (arbing) with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
  • Placing bets using automated software or bots.
  • Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.

7.2 Money Laundering

el333 strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Using this platform for the purpose of money laundering is completely prohibited, and any such activity detected will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Warning: If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, the account will be immediately closed, all funds may be confiscated, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Temporary Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended for the following reasons:

12.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed for the following reasons:

  • Serious violation of these terms and conditions.

12.3 Fund Return

In the case of normal account closure, all valid balances will be returned. However, el333 reserves the right to confiscate funds in the case of accounts closed due to rule violations.
